Duties The Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts (AO), Department of Administrative Services, Acquisition Management Office (AMO), Acquisition Policy & Training Division is seeking a talented Procurement Analyst to join its team. AMO provides acquisition program management and oversight, policy, guidance and support, and conducts procurement activities on behalf of the AO and federal Judiciary organizations nationwide. The Procurement Analyst develops, updates, implements, and maintains procurement policies, procedures, manuals, and supports Judiciary staff by providing advice, guidance, and training. This position reports to the Chief of the Acquisition Policy and Training Division. The duties of this position include, but are not limited to: Managing and overseeing the Judiciary's Government Purchase Card Program. Leading, planning, developing, and delivering in-person, virtual, and hybrid procurement training for court personnel, including on-demand online training courses. Producing a variety of procurement related ad-hoc reports. Drafting acquisition policies, procedures, and directives that safeguard the Judiciary in its contractual relationships and increase the efficiency and effectiveness of contractual operations. Conducting post-award contract file reviews to ensure proper procedures were followed and documentation is complete and correct. Closing contracts and maintaining accurate and organized close-out records. Assigning new login credentials and creating and modifying account profiles on procurement related systems. Coordinating updates to AMO's public-facing website and SharePoint site. Developing and implementing internal control procedures. Providing procurement policy advice and support, including reviewing special procurement delegation requests. Serving as Contracting Officer's Representative on procurement division contracts. Salary- $101,402 - $190,061/year
