The Position:

We are looking for experienced, highly motivated litigation paralegals who seek more than just another job. Daily responsibilities include:

• Legal and factual research
• Drafting legal documents including briefs, pleadings, appeals, agreements, contracts and legal memoranda
• Assisting lawyers in the preparation of pleadings and motions
• Preparing and answering written discovery
• Preparing correspondence
• Organizing and tracking case files
• Reviewing and monitoring new and updated laws and regulations
• Helping with trial preparation including witness lists, exhibits and trial binders
• Assisting lawyers in the courtroom
• Accurately and timely submitting billing for work performed

Some college education

A paralegal certificate or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

Proficiency in Microsoft and Adobe applications

Ability to navigate various electronic databases and document repositories
