A leading law firm is seeking a skilled Mid-Level Real Estate Associate to join its Charleston office. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney to handle sophisticated commercial real estate matters while working in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

What You’ll Do

• Represent clients in acquisitions, dispositions, financings, common and preferred equity investments, and leasing transactions.

• Advise on development, zoning, entitlement, land use, and related corporate governance matters.

• Provide legal counsel to developers and investors, and represent lenders in real property secured financings.

• Negotiate and draft agreements for joint ventures and a wide range of real estate transactions.

• Handle zoning appeals, property tax assessments, and workforce housing agreements.

What You’ll Bring

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

• Admission (or eligibility) to the South Carolina Bar.

• 4-6 years' experience in commercial real estate law.

• Strong background in real estate finance, zoning, and land use.

• Demonstrated ability to independently manage and close complex transactions.

• Experience representing developers, lenders, and institutional clients preferred.
