  • Drafting and supporting revisions to MSAs, Order Forms, NDAs, procurement contracts, teaming/partnership agreements, marketing and sponsorship agreements, and other transactional documents.
  • Reviewing and proofreading transactional documents, responding to interpretation questions, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Coordinating approvals, tracking status, and facilitating communication with stakeholders.
  • Supporting the IP team on patents, trademarks, open-source software, and related workflows.
  • Partnering with legal operations to implement and optimize technology and process improvements.
  • Managing client training sessions, strategic projects, and long-term initiatives.
  • Building strong, positive relationships across teams to enable world-class legal services.

Who You Are:

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You have:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 7+ years of experience as a paralegal in technology and vendor transactions, including reviewing, negotiating, drafting, and revising contract clauses to ensure consistency, mitigate risk, and enable compliance.
  • Experience with contract administration, including routing and review processes.
  • Familiarity with corporate IP and open-source software programs preferred, but a willingness to learn is equally valued.
  • Experience supporting lawyers and legal operations with in-house programs, processes, systems, and tools.
  • Proficiency with office productivity software, contract management systems, and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Asana, Ironclad).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and working both collaboratively and independently.
  • Strong ownership mentality, with initiative in problem-solving.
  • Highly detail-oriented, process-driven, and organized, with accuracy in deliverables.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams, executives, and external partners.
  • Agility and adaptability in a fast-changing business and technology landscape.
  • Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture.

Preferred:

  • Prior in-house legal experience at a technology company.
  • Exposure to AI, SaaS, or cloud infrastructure industries.
