Description:
This role as Private Wealth Services Associate will focus on estate and charitable planning, tax-exempt organizations, business succession planning, and tax-related transactions. The associate will work closely with high-net-worth individuals, closely held businesses, and family enterprises to develop tailored legal strategies. Responsibilities will include advising on corporate, LLC, and partnership structures, estate planning, and tax implications. While fiduciary litigation or dispute resolution experience is a plus, a willingness to develop these skills is also welcomed. The firm offers a collegial atmosphere and strong professional development resources.
Qualifications: Required & Preferred Skills
- LL.M. in Taxation required.
- 1-3 years of experience in private wealth, estate, and tax planning.
- Strong academic credentials and legal research abilities.
- Excellent document drafting and transactional skills.
- Florida Bar Membership required.
- Experience in fiduciary litigation or dispute resolution is a plus.
