The Impact You Will Make The Corporate Paralegal is responsible for providing administrative and project support to the Kindeva Legal department. Role Responsibilities Responsible for monitoring and processing company’s state drug distribution licenses ensuring compliance with state regulatory requirements. Responsible for monitoring and processing annual business reporting activities in conjunction with company’s registered agent. Assist with organizing and maintaining contracts in contracts database. Provide litigation support including assist with establishing all legal holds, oversee all discovery requests, ensure litigation counsel adheres to budget guidelines and provide general litigation support. Perform legal research upon request. Manage company’s legal matter tracking system, facilitates reporting, invoicing, matter updates, and collaborate with in-house counsel to ensure all contentious matters are within budget. Oversee corporate compliance with the company’s document retention program and legal holds. Coordinate and schedule Legal team meetings, distribute meeting minutes Develop and implement internal IP docketing and tracking system, including monitoring and updating information on all domestic and international IP cases and freedom to operate opinions. Assist with Legal department budget monitoring forecasting, requisitioning as needed Serve as back-up administrator for policy management system (creating and managing approval workflows, publishing, attestations and reporting) Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent working experience. Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office tools; ability to navigate and utilize MS Excel, Work, PowerPoint and Office with high degree of proficiency; ability to utilize other network resources to find information, seek solutions and address questions. Aptitude and willingness to learn and take on new tasks as assigned. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years working in a legal operations support capacity. Paralegal certificate or corporate paralegal work experience Prior experience with Boards of Pharmacy application processing. Missouri Notary Public #LI- On-Site
