Arclin USA LLC is looking for a motivated legal professional to fill our Corporate Counsel role at our Alpharetta, GA – Corporate Office. Reporting into the Chief Legal Officer, this position is responsible for providing expert legal advice and representation to the company in a broad range of business and employment matters. This position ensures compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, mitigates legal risks, drafts and negotiates complex contracts, and supports leadership in strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of progressive legal experience, preferably in a corporate or manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Advise on legal compliance and risk mitigation related to employment practices, employee relations, and HR policies.
• Oversight of drafting, reviewing, and negotiating internal firm contracts including commercial agreements, partnership agreements, and NDAs.
• Oversee internal investigations and provide recommendations on disciplinary actions or employment disputes.
• Ensure compliance with multi-state employment laws and regulatory updates affecting law firm operations.
• Collaborate with product, marketing and engineering teams to ensure existing and new features and initiatives are compliant with applicable laws and industry standards.

Job Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active license in at least one state. 
• Minimum of 5 years of legal experience, with a strong focus on HR/employment and contract law.
• Proven ability to think strategically and apply sound, pragmatic legal judgment in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• A collaborative, low-ego approach with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
