This position is on-site five days per week.
The Position
This is an excellent opportunity for legal professionals seeking to expand their careers who are interested in gaining fast-paced professional experience with a national law firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- 1+ years of office experience
- E-filing experience is a plus but not required
- High level of motivation with ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multitask, successfully manage and prioritize a variety of demands daily, and take direction from support staff and attorneys
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Extremely detail-oriented and able to prioritize a heavy workload
- Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Experience with databases and data entry a plus
Qualifications
- Provide general administrative and clerical support as directed
- Responsible for managing and sending client invoices and bill track pro.
- Monitor service notifications, download and save documents in iManage and circulate to team members as appropriate
- Process matters for closing
- Keep a tidy reception area, completing receptionist duties: including answering telephone and directing calls, greeting office visitors, and preparing conference rooms for meetings
- Manage and update data using Excel spreadsheets
- Other administrative tasks as assigned
