
We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to support senior leadership in managing key legal agreements and documentation. This role is integral to the company’s operations, focusing on Employment Agreements (EAs) - to include those for physicians and mid-level providers, Vendor Agreements, and Real Estate Leases and will work closely with the Executive Vice President (EVP), providing critical legal and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience working in a fast-paced corporate, healthcare environment.
This is a FT position for working mainly in the office in Hollywood. Can be hybrid 2 days a week WFH and the rest in the office
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and manage a variety of agreement including Employment Agreements (EAs) for healthcare professionals.
- Coordinate contract workflows between HR, Physician Services, Credentialing, and the operational teams.
- Be able to maintain accurate templates based on particular entity.
- Vendor Agreements related to practice management services.
- Maintain contract life cycles, including document tracking, renewals, and compliance monitoring.
- Serve as a liaison between internal business units, healthcare providers, and external legal counsel.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with legal and regulatory standards, particularly in the healthcare sector.
- Serve as a liaison between providers, office managers, and Enrollment regarding agreement-related inquiries.
- Assist in due diligence and document review for acquisitions and asset purchases.
- Organize and maintain corporate records, entity management documents, and contract templates.
- Negotiate basic contractual terms and amendments with vendors and partners.
- Support special company-wide initiatives as assigned by senior management.
- Strong attention to details of course, to minimize errors are there is literally no room for mistakes.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3+ years of experience as a paralegal in a corporate, healthcare management setting (healthcare background is a requirement).
- Experience with employment agreements, vendor contracts, and real estate leases preferred.
- Strong understanding of contract terms, payment structures, and compliance regulations.
- Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Bachelor’s Degree required; State Certified Paralegal preferred.
- Excellent time management, multitasking, and communication skills.
