Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced and dedicated Florida Estate Planning, Probate and Real Estate Litigation Paralegal.
Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to start at 10+ hours per week.
Paralegal Requirements:
- Drafting simple estate plans; petitions; accounting; orders; inventories; etc.
- Filing / Organization of files
- Managing deadlines / file upkeep
- Manage emails, make sure timely responses are done
- Well-organized and proven ability to meet deadlines
- Self-starter and able to work independently
Our Paralegal pay rate starts at $30/hour.
