We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to support the Brand Marketing Manager and help drive the firm’s marketing efforts through campaign support, creative content, and administrative coordination.
Position Summary:
The Marketing Assistant will play a key role in supporting the execution of brand marketing strategies and ensuring that marketing goals are met. This position involves campaign coordination, creative content development, hands-on event and promotional support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and passionate about marketing, branding, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Brand Marketing Manager in developing and executing marketing strategies and meeting campaign targets
- Support coordination of marketing initiatives including community events, conferences, and sponsorships
- Collaborate with marketing partners and vendors to drive brand visibility and business growth
- Organize and maintain marketing inventory, including ordering branded materials and merchandise
- Assemble and manage distribution of goodie bags, baskets, and giveaways for marketing campaigns and community outreach
- Research and create marketing content including social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials
- Assist in planning and launching targeted marketing campaigns
- Help track and administer the firm’s Brand Ambassador Referral Program
- Schedule and confirm meetings, prepare marketing materials, and manage travel bookings and expense reports
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather and act on client feedback as needed
- Monitor marketing performance metrics and spot emerging trends to support strategy adjustments
Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
- High-level organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, multitasking, and deadline-driven environment
- Understanding of basic business and marketing concepts
- Ability to think critically, solve problems, and adapt quickly to change
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) preferred
- Familiarity with social media management tools and AI-driven marketing tools is a plus
- Public speaking skills and comfort presentation in team settings
