Key Responsibilities:
- Personal Brand Strategy & Execution: Develop a creative, data-driven strategy to grow the brand of a high-profile industry leaders, positioning them as a go-to authority. Your campaigns will blend thought leadership, dynamic digital presence, and high-visibility events to connect with high-value clients and partners.
- Event & Network Building: Coordinate speaking engagements, webinars, and thought leadership events that resonate in the industry. Whether it’s an exclusive conference or a large-scale webinar, you’ll build a buzz around appearances and cultivate meaningful connections.
- Content with Impact: Lead content creation and oversee the distribution across social media, blogs, and press outlets to ensure consistent, engaging messaging. Collaborate with our creative team to deliver materials that set us apart.
- Results & Strategy Refinement: Dive into data! Track engagement, report on metrics, and continuously refine the strategy to ensure we’re capturing attention and reaching the right people. You’ll have the autonomy to experiment, backed by data-driven insights.
- Relationship Management: Tap into your network and form new connections within key industry circles, cultivating partnerships that boost our brand’s visibility. Be the bridge between our firm leader’s ventures and Merlin Law Group, making sure all efforts come back to strengthen our firm’s reach.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in personal brand marketing, ideally in legal services, consulting, or another professional field.
- Experience coordinating high-visibility events, managing social media and PR efforts, and developing cross-channel content.
- Excellent communication skills with a natural flair for building partnerships.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
