Location: Newport Beach, CA 92660

Schedule: Onsite 3+ days per week. Full-time associate role. California Bar membership or intention to sit for the exam required.

Salary: (commensurate of experience in litigation and tolerance for billable hours)

$235,000 to $265,000 base

Description:

This is a hands-on opportunity for an early-career attorney to deepen their litigation experience at a firm that invests in the future of its legal talent. You will be actively involved in all phases of complex civil litigation—research and motion drafting, case analysis, client strategy, and potentially courtroom appearances. Judicial clerkship experience will be viewed favorably and may accelerate your integration into more sophisticated case work.

Qualifications:

• 2–3 years’ experience in complex civil litigation
• Superior research, analytical, and legal writing skills
• Strong academic record from an accredited law school
• Judicial clerkship experience preferred
• Must be a member of, or actively pursuing admission to, the California Bar
• Demonstrated ability to manage litigation deadlines and case demands
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with team members and clients
