- Calling clients for updates on their case and to request required documentation
- Recording and maintaining a mail log for all mail received at the office
- Print, organize, and arrange for filing of cases prepared by legal team
- Update client information in database
- Coordinate with legal teams to prepare client cases for filing
- Generating USCIS forms for clients with different applications and editing them
- May handle some client billing for shipping fees
- Responsible for coordinating and maintaining vendor relationship (office supplies, coffee, water, FedEx supplies etc.
- Undertake independent projects, as instructed
- Set up workstation/office for new employees and maintaining cleanliness of office
- Daily housekeeping including cleaning kitchen at the end of each day, stock and order supplies as needed
- Set up conference rooms for meetings/lunches as needed;
- Coordinate off-site events with management teams
- Assist in communicating with building management related to site issues
- And, of course, “perform other duties as assigned.”

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
