We are seeking a Matrimonial/Family Law Paralegal to join our growing law firm. The ideal candidate excels in a fast-paced environment, organized and detail-oriented.
Must have 3 years experience specifically in family/matrimonial law is required.
- Document preparation
- Experience with uncontested divorces
- Initial consultation calls
- Completing client intakes
- Client interaction both verbal and written
- Drafting letters and legal documents such as discovery demands, pleadings and subpoenas
- E-filing
- Strong research and writing skills
- Tracking court cases
- Assist attorneys and clients with the preparation and filing of family court petitions, summons & answers and motion practice
- Tech savvy/MS Office
- Punctual and good work ethic
- $65,000 - $72,000/hour
