The Law Firm of MacDonald Illig Jones & Britton LLP, Erie's long standing, largest law firm is seeking an organized, motivated, detail-oriented professional to join our respected and collaborative legal real estate practice group.
What You'll Do
As a member of our Real Estate Practice Group, you will play an important role in supporting attorneys through all phases of residential real estate transactions. Responsibilities include:
- Preparing and reviewing legal documents related to real estate transactions
- Ordering and reviewing title work, surveys, and municipal searches
- Assisting with real estate closings and coordinating closing documents
- Communicating with clients, lenders, title companies, and other parties
- Managing files, calendars, and deadlines
- Performing general legal and administrative support for the real estate team
