Associate Attorney (Tax & Estate Planning)

Kirton McConkie, a large Salt Lake City law firm, seeks an associate attorney with a minimum of 2 to 5 years of law firm experience to join its tax and estate planning practice group.

Candidates should have experience in one or more of the following practice areas: non-profits (including corporate or tax nonprofit experience), corporate and partnership taxation, state and local taxation, or international tax. A LLM in tax would be helpful. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, demonstrate a commitment to ethics, be highly motivated and hard-working, and be able to work with minimal supervision. Candidates must be a member of the Utah Bar or be willing to take the Utah Bar. If not currently a member of the Utah Bar, applicants must be a member of the Bar of another U.S. state.
