Expectations:

· Take full lead of a pre-lit and litigation docket

· Drive output of demands, case strategy, motions, depositions, mediation, and trials

Qualifications – What You Must Bring to the Table:

· Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school 

· Licensed attorney in good standing with the State Bar of Texas

· 5+ years of litigation experience, with a strong focus on personal injury work

· Prior role as a Supervising or Managing attorney

· Demonstrated track record of strong results in high-exposure cases (settlements, verdicts, or both)

· Comfortable managing a heavy docket independently

· Exceptional writing and interpersonal skills

· Proven leadership skills in a high volume fast-paced environment - juggling multiple cases, priorities, and people

· Uncompromising commitment to ethics, professionalism, and ongoing learning

· Comfortable with case management software, digital files, and modern law practice technology

· Office - on site role
