Position: Bilingual Intake Specialist
Location: Palm Beach Gardens (In-office)*

What You’ll Do:
- Qualify leads with empathy, asking insightful questions to ensure we can support each client effectively.
- Guide potential clients by sending representation forms and maintaining clear, supportive communication throughout the intake process.
- Seamlessly transition signed clients to our legal teams for immediate assistance.
- Keep our case management system updated, ensuring accurate records and timely updates on each lead.
- Collaborate with referral partners, providing prompt updates to strengthen relationships.
- Tackle any intake issues with a proactive, client-focused approach.
Your Skills and Strengths:
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized; you value accuracy and thoroughness.
- Empathy-driven with a knack for customer service or sales.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and comfortable managing confidential information with integrity.

Qualifications:
