Sodoro Law Group is seeking an experienced attorney to join our quickly expanding multi-jurisdictional firm. We are looking for an individual who has 1+ year(s) of experience and must have the ability to practice in one of our jurisdictions (Missouri, Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, South Dakota, or Arizona). The ideal candidate will manage litigation cases and resolve legal disputes on behalf of clients.

Additional Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Analyze complex legal and factual issues, conduct extensive, well-reasoned legal research, and independently develop and present defense strategies on behalf of clients.
2. Prepare reports, complex pleadings, written discovery, depositions, motions, and briefs in support of defense strategies.
3. Provide effective and timely communications, reports, information, legal advice, and other services to clients and claims on legal and factual issues.
4. Communicate with the court, witnesses, opposing counsel, and co-counsel in a manner consistent with established office procedures.
5. Responsible for prompt, efficient, and effective deposition of assigned cases.
6. Assist in preparing and presenting witnesses and evidence at trial, judicial and administrative hearings, and alternative dispute resolutions.
7. Candidates must have the ability to manage multiple deadlines, be highly organized, have strong written and verbal communication skills, a willingness to learn and collaborate and an excellent work ethic.
Compensation: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
