 Responsibilities
  • Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings, trials, and meetings.
  • Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information.
  • Draft and organize legal documents including contracts, pleadings, and discovery materials.
  • Maintain case files and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Communicate with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information.
  • File legal documents with courts and maintain necessary tracking systems.
  • Assist in the preparation of evidence and trial exhibits. handle administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field.
  • Associate's degree or paralegal certificate preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a law firm or legal environment.
  • Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
  • $18 - $22/hour
