Accountabilities:

• Deliver legal documents to individuals involved in legal cases, ensuring compliance with local rules and procedures.
• Use a mobile app to claim assignments, plan routes, log attempts, and track earnings.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of service attempts and completions.
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with recipients during service.
• Work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage your own service areas and workload based on your availability and location.

Requirements

• Must be a Licensed, Registered, or Certified Process Server — or willing to obtain certification where required.
• Reliable personal transportation, a valid driver’s license, and active insurance.
• Comfortable using mobile applications (iOS or Android) for job management.
• Ability to scan and print legal documents as needed.
• Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in process serving or similar fields is a plus, but not required.
