This role reports to members of the League’s Legal Department and will focus on assisting our Legal Events Group, while also providing administrative support to the Legal Group at large. WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU

This role reports to members of the League’s Legal Department and will focus on assisting our Legal Events Group, while also providing administrative support to the Legal Group at large. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Events-related matters
- Track and project manage agreements and insurance requirements
- Oversee maintenance and organization of physical and electronic agreement files
General
- Schedule and coordinate logistics for internal and external in-person and video conferencing system meetings
- Answer incoming calls, take and deliver messages and route calls to others as appropriate
- Arrange domestic and international travel and travel-related activities, including hotel bookings, transportation, etc.
- Process invoices through the League’s electronic system
- Draft correspondence
- Complete special projects as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge Areas/Experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Monday.com and Concur software, with willingness and ability to learn other internal software systems
Preferred
- Minimum three years previous experience in an administrative support role strongly preferred
- Experience with insurance and certificates of insurance
- Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
Education/Certifications
- College degree preferred

- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with personnel at all levels of an organization
- Excellent prioritization, time management and detail-oriented skills, with the ability to recognize and adapt to rapidly changing demands

SALARY RANGE:
$60-80K
Actual base pay for a successful candidate will be determined based on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to: experience/training, market demands, and geographic location.
