Job Description
Hiring Range: Minimum $ 17.25 per hour
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Event Coordination:
- Fully complies with all SRP Credit Union Policies, procedures, guidelines and service standards, including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and OFAC policies.
- Communicate effectively with guest speakers, vendors, venues and SRP Employees to ensure smooth event planning.
- Assist in locating venues, obtaining basic information (pricing, capacity, setup requirements, amenities) and confirming logistics.
- Manage contracts for vendors, venues, and services ensuring they are reviewed, signed by appropriate staff and uploaded to TEAMS Financial Counselor Resource Hub.
- Coordinate catering and refreshment needs for attendees.
Event Execution:
- Prepare event registration tables and track registered attendees
- Assist with setup, including arrangement of materials, swag, and brochures
- Greet attendees, network with members and guests and provide a welcoming environment.
Administrative Support:
- Notify the Financial Counseling group or individuals involved of any changes in schedule or terms
- Organize materials and complete data entry tasks related to events, attendee records post-event.
- Attend department meetings, contribute to department goals and uphold service standards.

Physical Requirements:
- Must be in good physical condition to lift heavy boxes of swag and brochures safely
Preferred Experience
- Experience in event planning or coordination is an added benefit
- Familiar with basic administrative tasks and customer service
