About the Firm
Our client is a highly respected litigation-focused firm with 80 attorneys and plans to grow to 120. The firm represents a diverse portfolio of clients — major corporations, executives, and high-net-worth individuals — across:

- Insurance recovery (policyholder-side only)

The Opportunity
We are seeking an accomplished Litigation Partner in Washington, D.C. to:
- Bring and expand a portable book of $800K+ in annual collections.
- Lead high-stakes, complex litigation matters across multiple industries.
- Collaborate across practice groups for business development opportunities.
- Mentor associates and build out your practice within a growth-focused environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $264K–$495K depending on book ($800K–$1.5M+).
- Collections: 33%+ share, with monthly payouts.
- Typical Total Comp: $530K–$990K+, with significant upside for books above $1.5M.
- Support Structure: Full legal and business development resources, including associates, paralegals, and marketing team.
- Professional Development: Publishing, speaking, and client development opportunities supported by the firm.
