This is a summer assistant position with the Library of the Supreme Court of the United States in Washington, D.C. Closing Date: Sunday, 03/01/2026, 11:59 PM ET Please note that this vacancy has a limit of 200 applicants. Duties- The Summer Assistant will work primarily in the Technology Collection Management Department of the Supreme Court Library assisting with digitization, including participating in quality assessment, inventory management, and editing metadata records.
- The assistant will also have the opportunity to participate in Collections Management duties, depending on the assistant's interests and experience.

- Employment is subject to successful completion of a security background check.

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
1. Meet education requirements (see below).
2. Work experience, preferably in a legal office or library setting.
3. Ability to communicate clearly, courteously, and effectively both orally and in writing required.
4. Availability for at least eight weeks.
