The Compensation
- $150K–$190K Base Salary Range & Performance-Based Variable Compensation Plan Commensurate with Experience
- Relocation Assistance Negotiable for Non-Local Candidates

The Role
- Lead and own the IT department with hands-on, strategic, and entrepreneurial leadership.
- Serve as the internal engine driving continuous innovation, AI adoption, and scalable automation firm-wide.
- Act as a player-coach: manage teams and projects while directly experimenting with emerging technologies and driving solution generation.
- Architect firm-wide technology transformation including cloud optimization, AI integration, and resilient infrastructure.
- Build and manage vendor relationships with disciplined sourcing, vetting, and cost control to prevent scope creep.
- Drive change management initiatives to cultivate a tech-forward culture aligned with business goals.
- Lead the Technology & Innovation Committee, interfacing closely with senior leadership to align IT strategy with firm objectives.
- Track, report, and improve KPIs and IT performance metrics in partnership with leadership.
The Background Profile
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Bachelor’s/Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field a plus but not required—demonstrated experience is key
- Minimum 5 years leading IT in a fast-paced, growth environment with a hands-on “player-coach” leadership style combining technical expertise and strategic planning
- Proven experience designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-grade software solutions
- Demonstrated success adopting and integrating AI, automation, and emerging technologies in professional services or similar industries
- Salesforce Administrator and advanced certifications (App Builder, Platform Developer I & II) a plus
- PMP or similar training/certification a plus for managing complex IT/data transformation projects
- Demonstrated success with vendor management (e.g. sourcing, vetting, contracts, cost control)
