What does our Digital Reputation Specialist do? 

The Digital Reputation Specialist is responsible for building, maintaining, and managing The Harris Law Firm’s positive online presence. This role involves monitoring online content, addressing reputation risks, engaging with audiences, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective strategies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in fostering trust and enhancing the firm’s online reputation.

Reputation Management:

· Build, maintain, and manage a positive online presence and reputation.

· Monitor and analyze online content related to The Harris Law Firm, including social media, search engines, blogs, and forums.

· Address criticisms or negative comments with professionalism and accuracy.

· Prevent and repair online reputation threats through strategic responses.

· Understand and manage online identities for all firm attorneys.

Content Creation and Social Media Management (all done with the team):

· Impact on the firm’s social media accounts, ensuring engaging and consistent content. (with the team)

· Help to develop and publish social media posts, blogs, and forum content.

· Suggest and create blogs, webinars, and other content based on reputation analysis.

· Schedule and promote positive content to build trust.

Analytics and Reporting:

· Analyze online statistics, trends, and subsets by site, rating, and keyword.

· Track and evaluate review and survey data to identify trends and anomalies.

· Coordinate monthly reviews and performance reporting of online reputation metrics.

Collaboration and Strategy:

· Facilitate strategies to amplify positive online content and minimize the impact of negative feedback.

· Work with the marketing team to enhance and measure the effectiveness of reputation strategies.

· Plan, strategize, and implement solutions for online reputation threats.

· Performs other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

 

 

· Bachelor’s   degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

· 3+   years of proven experience in online reputation management, social media   management, or a similar role.

· Experience   with social media platforms, analytics tools, and SEO principles.

 

Knowledge/Skills:

 

 

· Strong   written and verbal communication skills.

· Proactive   problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

· Ability   to manage sensitive or critical online feedback professionally.

· Analytical   skills for data-driven decision-making.

· Creativity   and ability to develop fresh ideas for online campaigns.

$58,000 Annually
