We are seeking a Litigation Attorney to join our growing Personal Injury division. This is an opportunity for an attorney who wants to handle meaningful cases and grow within a high-performing firm.
About the Role
This position involves managing a litigation caseload from filing through resolution, including trial preparation.
Responsibilities
• Manage litigation cases from inception through trial or settlement
• Represent clients in state and federal court, arbitration, and administrative hearings
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
• Conduct depositions, discovery, and case strategy development
• Negotiate settlements and participate in mediation
• Collaborate with internal teams on case progression and trial preparation
• Maintain consistent client communication and strategic case management
Qualifications
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active license and good standing with the Nevada State Bar
• Proven experience handling litigation matters independently
Preferred Skills & Experience
• Strong litigation and courtroom experience
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong negotiation and case strategy abilities
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Compensation
• Base Salary: Starting at $150,000 or higher (DOE) plus potential incentives.
