We are partnering with a well-established law firm in Houston, Texas, to find a talented and dedicated Personal Injury Paralegal to join their dynamic team. If you have experience in personal injury law and are looking for a rewarding opportunity in a supportive and collaborative environment, this could be the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist attorneys in the preparation and management of personal injury cases from inception to settlement.
  • Draft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, discovery responses, and motions.
  • Coordinate medical records and bills, preparing summaries and timelines for case analysis.
  • Conduct legal research and assist in case strategy development.
  • Manage client communications, providing updates and gathering necessary information.
  • Prepare for and assist during depositions, hearings, and trials as needed.


Requirements
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a paralegal in personal injury law.
  • Strong knowledge of personal injury legal procedures, including Texas state law.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure, managing multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Certification as a paralegal (preferred, but not required).
