Key Responsibilities:
- Knowledge Management Program Ownership: Assist in the implementation and maintenance of a comprehensive knowledge management strategy that aligns with organizational goals and Flight Deck principles.
- Library Maintenance: Help ensure that all libraries are up-to-date, well-organized, and easily accessible to all employees. Regularly review and update content to maintain relevance and accuracy, following standard work practices.
- Technology Utilization: Support the identification and implementation of advanced technologies to enhance knowledge management processes. Ensure that the organization is leveraging the full potential of available tools and platforms, in line with continuous improvement Flight Deck principles.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to understand their knowledge needs and help provide tailored solutions. Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement, for strategic alignment.
- eDiscovery Support: Assist in eDiscovery efforts, including review of current program and analysis of potential alternative solutions.
- Standard Work: : Help develop and implement standard work related to knowledge management, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and legal requirements.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to employees on knowledge management tools and best practices. Assist in developing and delivering training materials and sessions as needed, ensuring adherence to standard work.
- Continuous Improvement: Regularly assess the effectiveness of the knowledge management program and identify opportunities for improvement. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance program efficiency, following lean principles.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Knowledge Management, or a Digital Librarian.
- Experience in knowledge management, library management, or a similar role.
- Understanding of knowledge management principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in using knowledge management tools and technologies.
- Experience with Legal Operations and eDiscovery processes and tools is a plus.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM), Certified Information Professional (CIP)) are a plus.
