A top-ranked intellectual property group in Dallas is seeking a Trademark Associate to join its dynamic and nationally recognized team. This position offers hands-on experience across the full spectrum of trademark and advertising matters.

You’ll work with a premier client roster on global trademark portfolio management, enforcement actions, TTAB proceedings, and complex litigation. This is a high-visibility role with strong mentorship, excellent training, and a long-term growth path.

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience handling trademark matters, including prosecution, enforcement, and/or litigation
• Strong writing, research, and communication skills
• Familiarity with TTAB proceedings and global trademark portfolios preferred
• Experience working with major consumer brands a plus
• Admission to the NY Bar or plan to
