Diva Law, LLC is looking for a dedicated and proactive Personal Injury Paralegal who is passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of personal injury cases. In this role, you will work closely with clients to support them throughout the legal process. Your attention to detail and strong communication skills will be essential in gathering information and maintaining client relations.

• Communicate with insurance companies, medical providers, health insurance providers, and other stakeholders to obtain necessary information.
• Conduct client interviews and gather comprehensive case information.
• Gather medical records, medical bills, police reports, and other important evidence.
• Maintain and organize case files.

• 3+ years of experience as a paralegal, with a focus on personal injury law.
• Strong understanding of personal injury cases, including litigation processes and procedures.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Must provide at least 3 professional references and a writing sample.

Salary is commensurate with experience. Parking, health insurance, HSA, annual bonus, continuing legal education, and other benefits offered.
