Duties The incumbent will represent Departmental Offices in matters before the EEOC, MSPB, and other administrative fora, and will assist the Department of Justice in defending employment-related federal litigation involving Treasury. The incumbent will also advise Departmental Offices managers on personnel matters, and assist with the formulation of Department-wide HR guidance.
