Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Legal Receptionist to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in office management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced legal environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.

  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking messages when necessary.

  • Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and proofreading legal documents.

  • Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for attorneys.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for document creation and management.

  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and proofreading.

  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Demonstrated customer service experience with a focus on phone etiquette and client interactions.

  • Previous experience in office management or administrative roles is preferred.

  • Familiarity with clerical tasks such as filing, calendar management, and general office procedures.

Hours

  • 10:00am - 4:00pm (2 - 3 days per week)

 

$19/hr.
