Description

About the Role- Collaborate with attorneys to manage all facets of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, leasing, financing, and sales.
- Draft, review, and maintain key legal documents such as contracts, deeds, leases, and title reports.
- Conduct thorough due diligence, property research, and title examinations to ensure compliance and reduce potential risks.
- Coordinate closing processes by communicating effectively with brokers, lenders, clients, and other parties involved.
- Organize case files, keeping documentation accurate and up-to-date to streamline case management.
- Provide essential administrative and operational support within the real estate department.
Requirements
- An experienced paralegal with at least five years of specialized real estate law expertise.
- Preferably hold an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or a similar field.
- Certification as a paralegal is an asset, though not mandatory.
