Hybrid / Remote | Court-Facing Role | $80K–$200K+
A highly regarded law firm in Queens with outstanding reviews and a strong local reputation is seeking an attorney to join its busy and thriving practice. The firm focuses on probate administration and contested matters, with estate planning as a complementary practice area. This is not a drafting-only estate planning role. The firm runs highly efficiently with the paralegal staff doing the majority of drafting for estate plans, while the attorney will do final review and mainly focus on probate court. The firm has an office location in Queens, but the attorney will work primarily remote with occasional in-person responsibilities locally. It’s ideal for someone who wants real court exposure, meaningful responsibility, and autonomy—without being tied to an office every day.
New graduates or candidates with experience in another related area of law such as civil litigation are encouraged to apply as long as you have passed the New York Bar.

- Review and finalize probate and estate filings
