Commercial Litigation Attorney – Kansas City
Founded over 50 years ago and headquartered in Kansas City with 30 attorneys currently, we are a full service law firm representing businesses and individuals across a broad range of legal matters. Our practice includes civil litigation, real estate, corporate law, business transactions, and construction amongst others.

Job duties:
· Represent businesses and individuals in complex commercial litigation matters
· Manage all phases of litigation, including case strategy, pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, arbitrations, and trials in state and federal courts.
· Draft and argue dispositive and discovery motions, conduct legal research, and prepare briefs, memoranda, and other litigation-related documents.
· Advise clients on litigation risk, settlement strategy, and dispute resolution while maintaining regular communication throughout the course of representation.

- Recent commercial litigation and/or bankruptcy experience
