Legal Operations Specialist - Levies and Garnishment

Our Client, a Financial company, is looking for a Legal Operations Specialist - Levies and Garnishment for their Riverwoods, IL/Richmond, VA/Hybrid location.
 
Responsibilities:

• Identify, catalog, and action settlement support legal mail in digitized mail database.
• Legal mail consists of liens, levies, garnishments & court order holds for global payment network (GPN) participants.
• The primary focus of this role is identify legal emails, with keyword searches to identify, cataloging these emails on spread sheets (G-Sheets)
• Processing legal emails, G-Sheets and excellent communications background

• 5-10+ Yrs exp is a must
• Detail oriented, general project management, some management experience.
• Identifying legal emails experience is the key
