Position overview:
Join an esteemed team handling complex real estate litigation for major developers, corporations, and high-profile clients across Texas' expanding commercial and residential sectors.
Key responsibilities:
· Lead complex real estate litigation matters from inception through trial
· Handle commercial and residential property disputes
· Manage construction litigation and contract disputes
· Navigate landlord-tenant conflicts and property rights issues
· Oversee title disputes and real estate fraud cases
· Direct foreclosure proceedings and lending disputes
· Guide clients through zoning and land use litigation
· Supervise junior attorneys and support staff
Requirements
· JD from an accredited law school
· 5+ years of dedicated real estate litigation experience
· Active member of the Texas State Bar
· Strong track record in real estate dispute resolution
