We seek a team member in our sales department for our Vice President of Strategic Partnership position who will be responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of Strategic Partnership Managers, ensuring the successful development, management, and growth of key strategic partnerships. In addition to leading the team, this role plays a pivotal part in driving business growth by fostering strategic alliances, generating new business, and enhancing existing relationships. This position requires hands-on leadership, including direct supervision, training, and development of team members to achieve sales goals and meet KPI's. This person should also share in our mission of improving lives, want to be part of a supportive team and deeply believe in our corporate values of professionalism, respect, integrity, dedication, and empathy.

The duties and responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to those listed below.  These duties and responsibilities may be modified at any time by Management.  Modifications will be in writing and will be acknowledged by both parties.   

 

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Directly supervise and lead a team of 10-15 Strategic Partnership Managers, providing guidance and support.
  • Train and develop team members, focusing on skills like relationship management, negotiation, and sales techniques.
  • Conduct regular 1:1 meetings to discuss individual performance, set goals, and provide coaching on improvement strategies.
  • Monitor team progress against KPIs, offering proactive solutions and support to ensure targets are met.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback to improve team productivity and morale.
  • Support the team in generating new business by leveraging phone and in-person interactions with customers.

 Sales Support & Strategy:

  • Help manage and qualify sales leads, guiding prospects through the sales process to ensure conversion and business growth.
  • Actively monitor the team’s sales performance and use insights to adjust strategies and maximize outcomes.
  • Ensure the team is meeting or exceeding KPIs, including case service averages, revenue targets, and client retention.
  • Help team members align their daily activities with company-wide sales objectives and strategic initiatives.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Track and analyze partnership performance, ensuring individual and team goals are met.
  • Prepare and submit monthly sales reports to the VP of Sales, highlighting individual and team performance, challenges, and successes.
  • Work closely with the VP of Sales to forecast future performance based on historical data and current trends.

    Requirements: 

    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Legal Studies, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration).
    • Juris Doctor (JD) or Paralegal Certification preferred (due to the legal nature of the work).
    • 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role.
    • Proven success in leading and developing a team to meet sales goals and KPIs.
    • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics
    • Ability to effectively train and mentor team members, fostering professional growth.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage clients and internal teams.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related business tools.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail and accuracy.

     Education and/or Experience:     

    • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field such as Legal Studies, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a similar discipline 
    • Juris Doctor (JD) Degree or Paralegal Certification is highly preferred due to the legal nature of the work 
    • 3 years of experience working in a comparable field
    • Demonstrated success in face-to-face sales
    • Phone sales or customer service experience 
    • CRM Experience Required

     

    Base Salary plus commission on target earnings $130,000 - $150,000/year
