• Salary: Estimated base range of $215,000 to $380,000 depending on office location and class year, plus performance-based bonuses.

A globally recognized AmLaw firm with a robust labor and employment practice representing Fortune 500 companies, emerging growth businesses, and nonprofit organizations. The team handles litigation, arbitration, and counseling on workplace matters for clients across industries.

Description:

You will represent employers in high-stakes litigation, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage-and-hour, restrictive covenant, and whistleblower claims. The role also involves advising on labor relations, union negotiations, workplace investigations, and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. You will draft pleadings, manage discovery, conduct depositions, and collaborate with clients on proactive strategies to mitigate risk. This position offers significant courtroom experience, client contact, and growth opportunities within a top-tier practice.

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school; admission in the relevant state bar or eligibility to obtain promptly.
• Preferred class years: 2018–2022 (mid-level) or 2015+ (senior lateral).
• Experience in labor and employment litigation, counseling, or labor relations.
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases with competing deadlines.
• Trial, arbitration, or administrative hearing experience a plus.
