Remote, Contract -based Florida Personal Injury or Medical Malpractice Litigation Paralegal Opportunity - 5+ Hours/Week

Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced, and dedicated Florida Personal Injury / Medical Malpractice Litigation Paralegal<\/b>.
<\/p>

Paralegal Requirements:<\/b>
<\/p>

• Minimum 5 years of litigation experience in the State of Florida
  <\/li>
• Prior experience handling personal injury and/or medical malpractice litigation matters
  <\/li>
• Strong paralegal, legal secretarial, and administrative background
  <\/li>
• Ability to manage active litigation files and support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation
  <\/li>
• Experience drafting pleadings, correspondence, discovery, and other litigation -related documents
  <\/li>
• Strong understanding of Florida litigation procedures, deadlines, and court requirements
  <\/li>
• Ability to manage a busy senior partner’s legal and social calendar with exceptional organization and time management skills
  <\/li>
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines
  <\/li>
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  <\/li>
• Self -starter who can take initiative and work independently in a fast -paced environment
  <\/li><\/ul>
