Opening Doors began in 1993 as a small refugee resettlement agency, and today serves over 3,000 clients per year across our 5 program areas: Refugee Programs, Survivors of Trafficking Programs, Immigration Legal Services, Health Programs and Economic Prosperity Programs.

Responsibilities: The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include the following:

Lead grants management including managing databases and spreadsheets, submitting reports and invoices, and collecting supporting documentation.

Lead review and refinement of Opening Doors’ Immigration Legal Services Program internal program policies and procedures.

Assess case management system and procedures and develop improvement plan as needed.

Lead regular internal case file reviews to ensure compliance with Opening Doors’ Immigration Legal Services Program internal program policies and procedures as well as any donor requirements.
