Shift/Hours/Location: M-F, 8am-5pm (work 35-40 hours a week), Hybrid, Moses Lake, WA or Milwaukie, OR. There is some flexibility with start and end time of shift. This is a hybrid position and onsite work is expected at least once every 2 weeks. 

WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON

  • Maintain strict confidentially when dealing with sensitive company, personnel or customer documents and issues.
  • Administrate and facilitate electronic and hard copy processing of Non-Disclosure Agreements in existing system.
  • Develop, implement, and administrate a corporate-wide system to manage and track external business agreements.
  • Performs other duties as assigned depending upon workload.  These may include:
    • Administrate intellectual property (IP) activities such as research notebook tracking program and patent docket.
    • Aid Advisor to the President in evaluating and administrating MLI Export Control activities including International Shipping Requests.
    • Aid Advisor to the President in purchase and sales agreement strategy development, drafting, and negotiations.
    • Maintain Legal Docket Calendar to Manage Legal Task Tracking and Completion.
    • Aid Advisor to the President in implementing the use of AI to complete one or more of the above delineated tasks.
    • Aid Advisor to the President in evaluating and administering New Vendor Requests.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1-year administrative experience in an office environment. 
  • Working knowledge of computers and MS Office software (Word and Excel) is required.
  • Working knowledge of arithmetic and grammar.
  • Demonstrated ability to:
  • Follow written and verbal instructions in English.
  • Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in order to meet established deadlines.
  • Work as a team and/or independently.
  • Perform tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • College level business office coursework (AA or equivalent experience) preferred.

Summary pay range: $25-$33.65/hour

WORKING CONDITIONS

When working onsite, duties are generally performed indoors in an office and outdoors in a high purity manufacturing environment. The noise level in the manufacturing work environment is occasionally loud. Employees will work in a covered Process Safety Management (PSM) environment containing threshold quantities of flammable liquids and/or gasses that have a potential for fire or explosion. Employees working in this environment are required to be free from devices that are not considered intrinsically safe. Examples of devices that may not be intrinsically safe include Insulin Pumps, Pacemakers, Pain Management devices, etc. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.
