Known for our award-winning service and positive, collaborative work environment, we’re seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Bilingual Case Manager Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, team-centered setting.
Position Overview: The Case Manager Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting case management processes to help maximize outcomes for our clients. We are looking for a proactive professional with outstanding organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a client-centered approach. This position will work closely with attorneys and other team members, taking initiative to support each case thoroughly from intake through resolution
Key Responsibilities:
- Obtain, review, and organize medical records and bills, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Draft and send client correspondence, including demand letters and rescission/termination letters.
- Coordinate and confirm receipt of demand packages with insurance adjusters.
- Conduct monthly case reviews to ensure all aspects are up-to-date and comprehensive.
- Review, verify, and document client injuries, damages, and other losses for maximum recovery.
- Analyze medical records and bills in detail to prepare accurate demand packages.
- Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients to foster a positive client experience.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and insurance adjusters to streamline case progression.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a personal injury law office, with specific experience handling auto accident cases.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate with diverse clients.
- Strong critical thinking, time management, and organizational skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to client support and case management.
- High level of professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
