
*Position summary
This position will be at the center of the landlord-tenant relationship with our thousands of residents in our communities. This position will experience the complete lifecycle of tenancies from application through termination. There will be involvement with an extensive form and document library which are the life blood of our business.

*Position Performance Objectives
- Review, revise and draft rental documents and forms to ensure compliance with current laws and business best practices.
- Assist in developing legally compliant policies, procedures and checklists for use at the corporate office and at the properties.
- Compile unlawful detainer files for trial attorney review, work with trial attorneys to process and close files.
- Prepare warehouseman's lien notices for the public sale of mobilehomes.
- Monitor legal files, calendar deadlines and trials, and coordinate attendees for court appearances.
- Prepare and track various tenant violation, collections, and legal notices.
- Analyze new incoming issues and advise on the best course of action.
- Draft correspondence to various parties on behalf of the company.
- Support communication efforts by drafting or editing company-wide communications.
- Draft and prepare tenant notices to be sent by mail or electronically.

- Has strong computer skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite and G-Suite and ability to learn new programs.

- Has the ability to execute phone calls and send letters on behalf of company.
- Has outstanding interpersonal communication skills (written and oral).
- Bring enthusiasm, creativity, patience, good judgment, and flexibility to their work.
- Has the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Possess excellent organizational skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
*Physical Requirements
- Has the ability to work at the corporate office in front of a computer screen/typing approximately 90% of a typical working day.
- Has the ability to bend, reach and lift boxes and office supplies up to 30 pounds.
- Perform simple and power grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine manipulation.
*Experience Requirements
- Holds a current Bar License in California
- Has 3 years' experience in a real estate, landlord tenant environment

Salary Range: $110,000 - $140,000 depending upon experience.
