- Looking for women attorneys. Lost 5 attorneys recently. DEI is important.
- Business is divided into two divisions, public (safety and schools), and TPAs. DEI is important.
- Experience, looking for 5 years ideally, willing to work with 3 years of experience to cast a wider net.
- Looking for California licensing. Footprint is statewide.
- Salary (depends on candidate): $145-165K for 3years.
- $175K+ for 5 years’ experience.
- The firm does not push, push, push on billable hours. No billing requirements.
- 5% on existing book of business.
- Sign on bonus may be available by the candidate.
- Benefits: Medical, dental and vision is provided to the attorney at no cost. The medical offered is a Kaiser Silver base plan, however different plans can be discussed. Full dental and vision coverage is provided through Humana. Firm matches 100% of 401k up to 3%; 50% up to 5%; total is 4% match.
- Bonus: Firm will also bonus an additional $50/hour for every hour billed over 750 in a quarter (250 per month).
- Transportation support/reimbursement.
- Computer & Cell phone are provided.
- 5% commissions are paid on all time billed on attorneys’ “own” book of business.
