Duties Reports directly to the Senior Deputy Assistant Director or Deputy Assistant Director and is involved in all major policy decisions in Learning and Career Development Branch (LCDB). Provides direction, oversight and coordination for the Bureau's various training entities (i.e., training services, executive development, training and staff development; leadership and executive development and policy development). Responsible for developing, coordinating, reviewing, monitoring and auditing the Executive Development program which includes the Warden's Learning Program and the Individual Executive Development plans. Provides expert advice and support in succession planning, training needs assessment, evaluation of programs, training budget and contracts as related to executive development. Ensures instructional design applications are analyzed and evaluated on an ongoing basis to establish their quality and overall effectiveness. Independently develops or supervises the development of reports for executives, managers and staff concerning the use of instructional methodologies in training program development for the Bureau of Prison staff. Salary- $169,279 - $197,200/year
