ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY
LOCATION - AUSTIN, TX (ONSITE)
Our client is seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join their dynamic mid-sized civil litigation defense team in Austin, Texas. The ideal candidate will bring at least one year of civil defense litigation experience, specifically in general liability, premises liability, auto accidents, worksite accidents, product liability, or construction defect cases. It is imperative that applicants possess insurance defense experience; candidates without it will not be considered. Essential skills include strong research and writing capabilities, along with trial experience. Experience in appellate work is an added advantage. While bringing your own clients is welcomed, it is not mandatory as the firm offers a substantial workload.
